Dave Hancock has been hard of hearing since birth and has more than eighteen years career experience in working with persons with disabilities, primarily those with hearing impairments. Having worked for other service providers for the disabled, Mr. Hancock's desire to provide the highest quality communication access services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing resulted in the establishment of Communication Axess Ability Group. He serves as the organization's President.
Rita Lee is a Level IV and Court Certified interpreter. Ms. Lee has nearly twenty years experience in interpreting for the deaf. She is currently an evaluator for the Board of Evaluation for Interpreters under DARS - DHHS. She is widely known and respected in the deaf and hard of hearing community as a result of active participation in social, political and cultural events in the community. Ms. Lee conducts the outreach and marketing efforts and coordinates the VRS Call Center for the Company.
Jerry Jahn has more than 28 years career experience in working with financial systems development, business process analysis, systems migration and conversion projects and support work for mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Jahn has experience in a variety of industry disciplines primarily the insurance and financial services industry. He oversees the Company's accounting, financial and communications systems and applications. He holds his Certified Information Systems Auditor [CISA] designation (non-practicing) and is a Fellow; Life Management Institute [FLMI].
Everett Puckett is the newest member of our partnership and guides our day-to-day operations. He is primarily involved in coordinating new acquisitions for the company, expansion of existing services and authoring our grants and proposals. Mr. Puckett has over 20 years career experience in rehabilitation center management.
